NEW Taylor Custom 8 String Baritone
If you’re looking for something TRULY special, completely different, and drop-dead gorgeous we do recommend that you have a look at this very custom Built to Order Taylor 8 String Baritone. The GS body is assembled from the best Adirondack spruce and figured Cocobolo Taylor had to offer, and features a Laskin armrest, pearl bordered top and matching rosette, and ebony binding. The neck is carved from figured mahogany, and the fingerboard is beautifully appointed with Taylor’s early 900 series inlays in pearl. Gold Gotoh 510 tuning machines, an ebony overlay, and 900 series inlay grace the headstock, and bone nut and highly compensated saddle were carefully fitted for maximum tone. This is nothing if not a striking guitar and Masterfully built. The scale length is 27” and the nut measures 1-3/4” wide. Tuned down to B, the guitar has a truly unique voice. The octave-paired 3rd and 4th strings fill out the mid range without the overpowering jangle of a twelve string.

1999 Taylor 912c
Serial # 990708134. What a remarkable guitar. If this 912c is any indication of what vintage Taylor guitars will be like, the future is quite bright! It’s a lively, big, bouncy and prominent guitar with a punch that carries accros the whole fingerboard. It’s alive and active, and likely a phenomenal DADGAD or drop D guitar. And it’s a looker too! With pearl bordered top, Taylor’s classiest inlays, that tastefully striking red purfling, and some very choice tonewoods, this guitar pretty much has it all. Professionally installed Fishman Matrix pickup, Folkway in-shop set up, to boot! Indian rosewood back and sides, Englemann spruce top, gold hardware. 1-3/4” nut, standard scale length. There are a few dings on the top, average 10 year old guitar play wear to the finish and frets. It plays beautifully, with a fingerstyle set up. A particularly fine guitar.

NEW Taylor NS34ce
The NS34ce combines Taylor Guitar's most popular Grand Auditorium body with nylon stringing in order to offer today's discriminating modern acoustic musicians something completely unlike a traditional classical guitar. The instrument is truly a hybrid - marrying the feel and playability of a cut-away steel string, with the tone of a classical. The guitar features a lightly built, fan-braced Sitka spruce top with Taylor's patented "Relief Route", solid Sapele back and sides, 1-7/8" nut, 25.5" scale, truss-rod, and a radiused fingerboard; ebony tie-bridge, and Fishman on-board electronics. Fancy touches include a mosaic rosette, gold tuners, and glossy top finish. Plugged in or acoustic, this guitar offers a wealth of tonal possibilities, and a smooth-as-butter feel.

NEW Taylor Custom GC
Built to Order, Taylor style. Back in March, we were down in San Diego visiting with the fine folks at Taylor Guitars. The Build to Order program of “you design it and we’ll build it” style guitar making was getting off the ground and we ordered up this ridiculously custom, absolutely stunning Flamed Mahogany Grand Concert. We went sniffing for the most eye-catching mahogany we could find and found it in the too-nice-to-use section of the wood room. It took some pleading and promises but, in the end, it was ours. Five months later, the guitar is here, and ready for your viewing and playing pleasure. We think this is the ultimate Taylor acoustic, and we’re pretty sure you will too. We have never heard nor seen a more wonderful Taylor guitar.
Specifications:
Master grade highly flamed South American mahogany back and sides
Master grade perfectly quartersawn Sitka Spruce top with ultra-responsive CV scalloped bracing
Gloss edge-burst custom shaded finish on the body and neck
Ivoroid bound body, fingerboard, and heelcap; black/white/black purflings on all body edges
Pale abalone rosette and Ivoroid bound soundhole
Slotted headstock with ebony overlay and pearl logo
Short scale 24-7/8” ebony fingerboard with pearl micro-dot position markers
1-3/4” nut width
Bone nut and compensated saddle
No neck strap button, pickguard included but not installed.
Deluxe hard shell case

NEW Taylor 514ce 'Burst
Our favorite Taylor model, in our favorite sunburst finish! With its Western Red Cedar top and Honduran Mahogany back and sides the Taylor 514ce is designed to appeal primarily to the fingerstyle guitarist. This combination of tone woods results in more warmth and responsiveness than a similar Spruce-topped instrument; and many favor cedar for studio use as well. A refined instrument, the 514ce is tastefully adorned with simple dot inlays, rosewood binding, and abalone soundhole rosette. Gold tuners are standard, as are ebony bridge pins, tusq nut and compensated saddle, and Taylor's ES electronics. The Honey sunburst top finish is a no-cost option, and might become our shop standard for this model... it's gorgeous!

NEW Taylor GC5 Lefty
Taylor’s no-charge Sunburst upgrade is a thing of beauty. They have the best looking sunburst finishes in the industry, bar none, so why not dress up a guitar? Here’s a standard GC5 model, in Lefty, with a red-burst finish over Cedar top, and matching deep red finish over mahogany back and sides. The guitar is tastefully accented with ivoroid bindings, an abalone rosette, and Taylor’s own high-quality cast brass tuning machines. It’s a breathtaking guitar to stare at, and even better to play. Perfectly shaped neck with a 1-3/4 nut feels just right, and the short 24-7/8” scale makes the fretboard easy to travel. Thanks to the Western Red Cedar top, short scale length, and Taylor Guitar’s newly redesigned bracing this guitar’s voice belies its small size. A perfect fingerstyle companion that is fantastic under a flatpick as well. This is one guitar that does it all… and with style. Quite highly recommended.
