The D-18V distills all the knowledge Martin & Co. have gained from 80 or so years of building dreadnoughts into a huge sounding, beautifully made, easy-playing, and not-terribly-expensive instrument. Forward shifted scalloped bracing and light and resonant Mahogany back and sides ensure that the D-18V has “That Martin Sound”, while the guitar’s modified V neck gives it the feel you’re expecting.

It’s a great looking guitar, too, with Master-grade tonewoods, vintage stylings, aging toner in the lacquer finish, old-style headstock logo, open-geared tuners and a gorgeous bevel-edged tortoise-patern pickguard. Factory lefty, modified V neck carve, 1-11/.16” nut.
