1998 National Style 0

The nickel plated brass body Style 0 is one of the most instantly recognizable guitars ever built. Built first in the early 1930’s, the guitar is synonomous with the blues, and 80 years later is still one of the go-to guitars of many players of the genre.

This example, at 14 years old, is in exceptional condition. There’s a little bit of wear on the palm-rest, but the guitar is otherwise pretty much new in appearance. The label has unstuck itself, and is residing in the case pocket, too.

Round-carve maple neck with bound ebony fingerboard and bone nut. 25” scale, 1-3/4” nutwidth. Set up with a flat-picking action that would work well for a hybrid slide/fingerstyle player.
