2019 Weber Bitterroot F-20F Octave Mandolin
Weber’s Bitterroot F-20F is a scroll-bodied octave mando with a carved top and back, simple appointments and a satin lacquer finish. It’s a deep and dark sounding instrument with lots of warmth and a beautiful sustain. The instrument’s top is carved from beautifully even-grained Sitka spruce and fitted with tonebar bracing. The back and sides are of figured Spanish cedar, and the mahogany neck features a 20” scale ebony fingerboard with ivoroid bindings and diamond inlays.
1-3/8” nut width, rounded neck carve that’s not too deep but not skinny either, radiused fingerboard, cast weber tailpiece, nickel tuners.
In un-used condition and 100% original. Set-up here in shop with mandola strings for a nicer feel and warmer tone.
