2011 Taylor Baritone-6 Mahogany

With a 27” scale neck, Grand Symphony body, and standard 14 fret neck joint, the Taylor Baritone 6 looks and feels like a standard-tuned guitar. But with low B tuning and the moody, dark and expressive voice that it creates, the Baritone 6 is instantly inspiring and remarkably different. The string tension is about equal to that of a standard tuned instrument, so there’s not a whole lot to get used to apart from the frets being a bit further apart than you might be used to.

This instrument was built a decade back and remains in great shape. Apart from the start of some minor finish delamination visible around the neck heel this Baritone-6 is without issue. No cracks or repairs, no wear of any significance, and not modifications. It’s original, clean, and beautifully set up.

Mahogany back and sides with X braced Sitka spruce top, rosewood bindings and pearl rosette. Cut-away Grand Symphony body, ebony fingerboard and bridge, gloss finish, ES Electronics. 1-3/4” nut width.

With original hardshell case.
