2008 Deering Boston Lefty

The Deering Boston is a loud, clear, and responsive banjo that’s famous for its projection, clarity, and cut. Its rim is a 3/16” rolled steel ‘drum’ with flange brackets akin to Vega’s aftermarket flange design of the 1920s, and the mahogany resonator is bound. Mahogany neck with ebony fretboard and guitar-style tuners. Simple appointments and satin finish keeps the pricing low.

This 15 year old left-handed example is in perfect condition and shows almost no playwear. The frets are unworn, the head is clean, and all parts are original and in great shape. Set-up in our shop.
