The Fender Vibro Champ was released in 1964 as an upgrade from the company’s Champ amplifier, which was the top-selling model in the lineup. Apart from the Vibrato circuit, the two amplifiers were nearly identical, with similar wattage, the same speaker and tube compliment, and the same size of cabinet.
This example dates to 1967 and is entirely original but for parts changed during service and safety. Transformers both date to mid 1966; original Tolex and grillcloth are in excellent condition as well.
It’s a great sounding low-power amp, with a lush trem and some of the best portable tone you’ll find!
