A throwback to the Duo Jets of the late 1950s, this Gretsch 6128T features ebony black finish with a natural mahogany back and neck, upgraded TV Jones Filter’Tron pickups (originals in the case) and a Bigsby tailpiece.
The guitar is in excellent condition and shows only light playwear to the frets and finish. The only notable blemish is a small chip on the edge of the guitar on the back of the treble-side lower bout. The set-up was just completed here at Folkway and the guitar plays beautifully.
Mahogany hollow body construction with set neck, 24-3/4” scale, and ebony fingerboard. Gloss finish, white bindings, chrome hardware. 1-11/16” neck with D carve and vintage frets.
With original hardshell case.
