An awe inspiring all-Koa 0-18, meticulously and perfectly converted from Hawaiian for standard playing. The guitar is deep, with meaty thick trebles, amazing sustain, articulation and clarity, and the kind of bass-end presence that only happens in really lightly built flat-tops. Tuned to pitch or down-tuned to an open chord, this guitar's tone is beguiling in even the deadest sounding of rooms. It's a stunning instrument, and a particularly good example of why golden-era Martin guitars are so highly sought after.

Koa body with scalloped bracing, wooden bindings, purflings, and rosette; ebony fingerboard and bridge, bar frets, Waverly tuning machines.
