There are no repairs to the braces, no cracks anywhere, the bridge plate is original and in excellent condition, and the original bridge was reinstalled, with well-hidden filled-in screw-holes. The neck is unmodified but for a strap button screw hole in the heel cap; the finish, nut and tuners are original. All together, it’s a pretty great D-28.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\nSitka top with standard bracing, typical style 28 trimmings, replacement faux-tortoise pickguard. Set -up here with new Antique Acoustic pins and a new bone saddle. The guitar plays very well with action set at 5-7 64ths and a low saddle.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\nThe neck has a soft V carve with typical 50’s depth (.856” at the 1st fret), and a 1-11\/16” nutwidth. The frets are replacements that are nicely dressed and quite lightly worn. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\nWith original hardshell case.\r\n","brand":"C.F.
