It's a particularly gorgeous instrument, with deep flame it its maple back, sides, and neck; super-tight spruce top grain, and intricate fern headstock inlay. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\r\nThe mandolin has a wonderful depth in its tone, excellent presence and projection, and a perfect \"cut'.  It's been set-up here at Folkway and plays as you'd want it to.
