2001 Bourgeois Country Boy D

A sweet sounding and well-aged mahogany Dreadnought, this Bourgeois flatpicks beautifully and offers plenty of warmth, nice articulation, well balanced mids and trebles, and a pretty palette of overtones to compliment its focus and defined fundamental. It’s a 20 year old guitar and has opened-up well.

Mahogany body; hand-tuned, scalloped braced Sitka spruce top with tortoise celluloid bindings and pickguard; ebony board and bridge; and gloss finish. The body is crack free and shows less than average playwear, scratches, or dings. The frets are in good shape and play cleanly. The neck shows a repaired fingerboard separation to just past the first fret and associated finish repair in the area, on the bass side. 1-23/32 nutwidth, 2-1/4 bridge pin spacing, 25.4” scale. Round neck carve with a fast feel.
