The Rumble Seat is a unique bass enclosure developed by bassist Michael Rhodes and built by Euphonic Audio. The cab is essentially an isolation box designed to bring both the subsonic vibrations and speaker tone of a bass rig into a quiet recording environment.
A single 8" driver delivers rich bass tone up to 200 Watts through 8Ω. A mic mount with XLR hook-up are provided for isolation mic'ing within the cabinet itself.
The Rumble Seat is designed to be sat on, giving the player the feeling of being on stage in an almost silent environment. Hence the name - it rumbles your belly. A very useful and great sounding tool for the recording bassist. In as-new condition.
