Iris OG 12-Fret
The new Iris OG 12-fret is an expressive and darkly toned small-body 12 fret that offers an enticing overtone development and bloom, smooth treble response, and a welcoming sustain. It’s a remarkably appealing fingerstyle instrument, a capable flat-picker, and an all-around inspiring guitar that’s quite unlike most anything else on the market.
The OG 12-fret features a classical-shaped body that’s akin to a Gibson LG-2, but a bit deeper, scalloped and tapered X bracing, mahogany and spruce tonewoods, and a 25” scale 12-fret neck with slotted headstock. It’s a lightly constructed instrument with all the sonic benefits of a 12 fret design, but unlike most 12 fret models the OG 12-fret features a comfortable and manageable neck carve, with a nutwidth of 1-3/4” and a rounded profile.
Sunburst lacquer finish, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle.
