Taylor AD17e-SB
The Taylor AD17e is a Grand Pacific Dreadnought that draws inspiration from traditional slope-shouldered jumbos and offers a warm and woody midrange, solid bass response, and thick and rounded trebles. It’s a lovely sounding guitar that is voiced to appeal to vintage guitar players, and features an aesthetic package that is suggestive of its tone.
The AD17e-SB features a V-braced Sitka top, American black walnut back, sides, and neck, eucalyptus fretboard, and wenge headstock overlay. The top’s tobacco sunburst finish blends well with the color of the walnut body, and the fire stripe pickguard and single-ring rosette are nice touches.
1-3/4” nut, 25.5” scale, satin finish. ES2 electronics, black tuners, nut, and strap buttons.
