The Collings C10 is an L-00 shaped powerhouse built with mahogany back and sides, a Sitka top, scalloped bracing, and a 25.5” scale. Marrying the warmth, mid-range focus and punch of a traditional L-00 with the fidelity, power, and clarity of an OM-scale Collings is this guitar’s super power, and it will find favour with anyone hunting for a do-it-all 00-sized flat-top. It punches above its weight in volume, cut, bass, and power; it’s a winner in a jam setting, and it pretties up really nicely when played softly. We’re fans.
Gloss finish, ivoroid bindings, haircut headstock, pearl logo, dot inlays, ebony board and small rectangle bridge. Round neck with a 1-11/16” nut and .866” depth at the first fret. 2-3/16 string spread at the saddle. Bone nut and saddle, Waverly tuners.
Near mint condition, with the tiniest bit of fretwear and similarly insignificant pick scratches by the pickguard. Set up in our shop with 5-6 action and 12-53 strings.
