2023 Paul Beard Legacy E Squareneck
Probably the best sounding squareneck Dobro in our collective memory here at Folkway, this Paul Beard Legacy E is a stunningly good sounding guitar (dare I say beguiling?!). Its voice is pure, open, balanced, clean, warm, and bold. It’s got the cut you’ll need when you’re taking a lead break in a bluegrass band, and it’s got the warmth and soul you’ll want when playing solo or in a musically spacious environment. In short, it’s great.
An open-body squareneck with a solid figured maple body and neck, maple bindings with black/white/black purflings, maple-bound ebony fretboard, Beard Legend cone and Original #14 Spider, chromed coverplate, tailpiece, and soundhole rings, chrome Gotoh 510 tuners, and high-gloss amber sunburst finish. Factory installed Fishman Nashville pickup.
String spread at the nut is 1-3/4” (nut width is 1-7/8”). String spread at the bridge is 2-5/16”. Scale length is 25”.
In as-new condition with no playwear and barely a fingerprint.
With original hardshell case
