1975 Guild S-90

The Guild S-90 was a short-lived solid body model built in the Westerly factory from 1972 to 1977. Unapologetically a copy of Gibson’s popular SG model, the S-90 featured a slab mahogany body with set-in mahogany neck, short-scale rosewood fretboard, a pair of humbucking pickups and a batwing pickguard that resembled Gibson’s early 70’s SG guard.

This example is in stunning condition and is 100% original. The original frets are unworn, and the finish shows very little playwear. Set up and playability are excellent, too. The pots date to late 1973.

24.75” scale, 1-5/8” nut width, 1st fret neck thickness is .80”, 9th fret thickness is .90”. Pickups measure 6.9k and 7.1k (N-B). The guitar weighs in at 7.3 lbs.

With hardshell case.
