2008 Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster Relic

A gem of a slab-board Strat from Fender’s Custom Shop, based on 1960 specs and aged tastefully to perfection. This example features a dark Madagascar rosewood fingerboard with Brazilian-looking grain and clay dots on a C-shaped neck, three-tone sunburst finish, mint green pickguard and parchment covers and knobs. It’s in perfect condition with very slight playwear on its frets and has just been carefully set-up here at Folkway. The switch has been replaced with a 5-way and the original is in the case pocket.

7.5 lbs light, vintage-size frets, ‘B’ sized neck with 1-5/8” nut, 7.25” radius fingerboard. Custom shop hand-wound 60’s pickups. Bridge cover is with the guitar but not installed.

With original hardshell case, COA, and case accoutrements.
