2011 National M1 Tricone

National’s wood-body M1 Tricone marries the lighter weight of a wood-body with a traditional Tricone design for one of their most popular models. It’s a sweet and smooth resonator that’s really well suited for fingerstyle and melodic playing. It offers a more refined sound than a brash steel body, and trades off some power for expressive overtones as compared to a brass model.

This guitar is in gorgeous condition with just a bit of fretwear to prove its age. Set up for hybrid slide / fingerstyle it plays easily up the neck.

1-13/16” nut width, rounded neck with a hint of soft V in the carve. Bound ebony fingerboard, slotted headstock, 25.6” scale.
