2016 Tom Anderson Guardian Angel
This five year old Guardian Angel features a flamed maple top over an alder body with an orange-burst finish and “bound” edges. The neck is huge, with a nut that measures 1-3/4” and an even taper neck with an extra .140” of depth added to the carve. It makes a ’59 Les Paul carve feel quite small. The jumbo frets are a perfect match, though, and the resulting playability is actually remarkably heavenly.
Constructed with a recessed locking trem system and locking tuners, SC-1 and H3 pickups with 5 way switching, fast-feeling satin finish, and Buzz Feiten’s proprietary tuning system this guitar is ready for anything.
In mint condition, and perfectly set-up.
