2017 Gibson Hummingbird Vintage
This example is in great shape and has been set up here at Folkway. It shows very little playwear to its finish and frets, and has had an LR Baggs Anthem pickup professionally installed. Tone is warm and rounded, with classic Gibson mids and an even string balance. It’s a strummer’s paradise.
Mahogany back and sides, bound rosewood fretboard with pearl inlays, gold hardware, and a hand-painted Hummingbird pickguard. The one-piece mahogany neck features rolled fingerboard edges, a 17 degree headstock angle, and a hide-glued hand-fit dovetail neck joint.
