2019 Martin OM-42

A near-mint Martin OM-42 that’s been well cared for and carefully serviced here at Folkway. The OM-42 is a regal model, and Martin’s most ornate production OM. With style 45 pearl to the top and neck and simplified back and side purflings, the OM-42 presents as a Style 45 from the front but costs significantly less.

This guitar remains in perfect condition but for slight markings on the headstock left by a tuner and neck-supporting guitar stand. The fretwear is minimal, and there is almost no finish wear to the body.

The neck features Martin’s performance taper and an oval carve, 1-3/4” nut width, and a depth of .814” at the first fret.
