Chris Lounsbury Orbit

With its stylistic nod to the fabulously cool Kays and Harmonys of the 1950s and early ’60s, the Lounsbury Orbit marries a rocket-age solid-body design with classically Gretsch pickups and offset-Fender style vibrato for the best that the three worlds have to offer - and some stratospherically fun playing.

This Orbit features a Khaya African mahogany body with a shell-pink high-gloss lacquer finish and three-ply white pickguard with bevelled edges. The maple neck has a chunky rounded feel and a rolled edge. Macassar ebony fretboard with modern 6105 fretwire, 12” radius, and 24-3/4” scale.

MOJO UK Dynasonic style pickups, Kluson Deluxe tuners, Mastery vibrato and roller bridge. Set up with 11-49 strings. This guitar weighs in at 10 lbs.
