Collings OM2H Torrefied

Custom ordered with a torrefied Sitka spruce top and a 1-3/4” nut width, this Collings OM2H offers something just a bit different than a standard model for not much of an up-charge. We're big fans of torrefied tops as they tend to offer a more played-in sound to a new guitar, thanks to the reduced acoustic damping the torrefication process results in. They also look great.

Indian rosewood back and sides, ivoroid bindings, herringbone top trim and zigzag back strip. Scalloped bracing, gloss finish and bevelled tortoise pickguard. 1-3/4” nut, 2-3/16” string spread at the bridge. 25.5 scale. Waverly tuners, bone nut and saddle, ebony pins.

A powerful and robust OM, the Collings OM2H offers Dreadnought-level horsepower in a smaller package. It's a great choice for just about any kind of playing as it does everything better than most.
