Pre-War OM-2018 Shade Top - Distress Level 2

Ordered with a sunburst top, this Pre-War OM-2018 isn’t your average mahogany OM. Pre-War’s 2018 models have nothing to do with anything that happened two years ago. The name is a contraction of the words ‘Twenty Eight” and “Eighteen,” which helps describe this guitar’s combination of herringbone trimmings and mahogany back and sides. Built with all the features of a Herringbone OM, including volute and zig-zag backstrip this guitar is the perfect choice for all of us who love the look of a vintage style 28 but prefer the sweet sound of mahogany. Ordered with a shade-top finish and level 2 distressing it’s very much the vintage guitar you wish existed.

Scalloped-braced torrefied red spruce top, mahogany back and sides, hide-glue construction, ebony fingerboard and bridge and mahogany neck. 1-3/4” nut, 2-5/16” string spread at the bridge, 25.4” scale. Medium/full-feeling C neck carve. Tastefully distressed.
