1975 Dobro D-33

Serial # M4565. The mid 1970's OMI Dobro D33 offered players an interesting twist on the traditional spider-bridge Dobro with its brass body. A hybrid between a 14 fret Style 0 and a traditional Dobro, the guitar offers the smooth response typical of a Dobro, but with an extra little bit of barkiness imparted by the brass. It's still a very warm guitar, with that compression you'd expect. A lovely sounding instrument.

Nickel plated engraved brass body, maple neck with round carve, 24.6" scale and 1-13/16" nut. Rosewood fingerboard, bone nut and Grover tuners. Completely original and in fine shape. Comfortable set up, with hybrid slide/fingerstyle action.

With hardshell case.
