1980 Fender Deluxe Reverb

It's amazing to think that Fender was still hand-wiring tube amps in 1980,but they were, and here's a 1980 Silverface Deluxe reverb to prove it. Agreat sounding point-to-point wired box, with a solid pine cabinet, reverband tremolo. It's had some servicing lately - replaced filter caps, tubes, speaker (it's a Celestion G12H) and power transformer. It sounds great, andhas a lot of clean head-room thanks to that Celestion speaker. A lowerwattage Weber or Jensen will make the amp dive at a lower volume, if that'swhat you're after.
