2018 Collings D1A
A modern classic, the Collings D1A is a bold and powerful mahogany dreadnought with traditional appointments and feel, top-level build and material quality and modern-day precision. This example features an attractive and well-quartered Adirondack spruce top and shows very little playwear. The frets are virtually unworn and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a scratch on the finish.

Mahogany back and sides, forward positioned scalloped X bracing, gloss lacquer finish. Tortoise binding and pickguard, ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, Waverly tuning machines. 1-3/4” nutwidth, 2-3/16” spread at the saddle.

A huge sounding guitar with a lot of spring in its step, this is a flat-picker’s dream mahogany Dreadnought.
