Larrivee D-60
The D-60 is Jean Larrivee's entry into the competitive herringbone dreadnaught market. It features top-notch rosewood and spruce tone woods, a one-piece mahogany neck complete with dart volute, a bound ebony fingerboard, herringbone top purflings, maple body bindings, and enlarged soundhole for stronger mids and trebles. The Larrivee-designed tuners are open geared and are finely engraved, and the nut and compensated saddle are cut from bone. Larrivee guitars are known to be loud - but the D-60 is REALLY loud. It's a great bluegrass flatpicker, and a force to be reckoned with. Standard dreadnaught scale length and a 1-11/16" nut. A deluxe hardshell case is included in the price.
